Year 11 Parent Information Evening

We would like to invite you to attend a Year 11 Parent/Carer information Evening on Tuesday 4th October 2022. The evening will be led by Mr Simon Boden, Senior Assistant Headteacher for Year 11. He will be discussing the November PPEs (pre-public examinations) that are coming up for Year 11 students and discussing the journey for Year 11 students as they navigate through the GCSE year.

We will also be hearing advice from Mrs Bagshaw and Ms Marsh who will be discussing:

-  College open evenings and days

-  How and when to apply for college

-  How we can support your child if they are not sure what to do after their GCSEs

We will be discussing revision techniques, post 16 options (including apprenticeships) and offering advice on how to support young adults and their wellbeing, as they navigate their GCSE year.

Please let us know via the form below whether you are able to attend the event so we can ensure we have planned for the right number of people. Please be aware we will be recording the event for parents who are unable to attend, this link will be available on our website by the end of the week.
