A FREE course for parent carers with a child or young person, under 18, who has been diagnosed with ADHD. The Insiders’ Guide covers things like understanding ADHD, practical ideas to help at home or school, tips to handle tricky meetings, survival strategies and lots more. It's also a great way to get together with others having similar experiences. The 5-week course is run by two Amaze workers with lived experience.
