During the Summer Holidays, Brighton and Hove City Council - Schools Wellbeing Service - will be hosting their very own 'Summer Walk and Talk Sessions'!
These walks will be facilitated by a Primary Mental Health Worker and will focus on coping skills and management of presenting difficulties.

15th August (anxiety) & 17th August (low mood) both at 10.30-12.30 approximately -
A pleasant and undemanding walk through Sheepcote Valley, via Ovingdean village and the undercliff to end at the Marina. Open to secondary age students and their parents/carers.
22nd August (anxiety) & 24th August (low mood) both at 10.30-12.30 approximately -
A loop Downs walk via Mile Oak Farm, Southwick Hill and part of the South Downs Way. This walk offers fantastic views over the Downs towards the sea. Open to secondary age students and their parents/carers.
